1DollarHostingOnly do not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:
Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation. 

Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of 1DollarHostingOnly. 

Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

Server Abuse: 
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or customer is strictly prohibited. 

Bandwidth Usage and Data Transfer Policies: 
All the hosting plans includes allocated data transfer per month and no extra fees are charged for this data transfer. Traffic will go unmonitored until you reach allocated data transfer per month. Thereafter, normal data transfer cost will be directly billed to your account. 

Commercial advertisements with e-mail: 
Unsolicited commercial advertisements are not allowed in e-mail, and will likely result in account suspension or cancellation. Commercial advertisements are unwelcome in most Usenet discussion groups and on most e-mail mailing lists. In appropriate hosting may result in account suspension or cancellation. 

Payment Policies: 
All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Every account is required to pay in advance. We reserves the right to change prices at any time, unless other terms have been agreed upon. Your credit card would be charged at the end every month's billing cycle.

Cancellation: 
1 Dollar Hosting Only reserves the right to cancel service at any time. All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and paid by 1 Dollar Hosting Only.

Payments can be made thru Credit Card, Check or Thru Wire Transfer.
All Payment are to be made in advance.
